System: PowerBook and OS 10.3.4

I'm on a local network with both hardwire Ethernet and AirPort. The wire
supports 100 GBps; the wireless 10 GBps. I need to download two very large
files from two sources. Can I use both ports at the same time?

I can use different approaches for these files, such as browser for one file
and an FTP program for another.

Wow! I used to think gigabit ethernet was fast but... 10 gigabit
*wireless* and 100 gigabit wired... what can keep up with either of them?

Whoops! Major typos in numbers and abbreviation.

It's 100 Mbps wired and 10 Mbps wireless.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
