Post subject: Canon ZR600 memory card question
Archived from groups: comp>sys>mac>hardware>video (more info?)

I'm currently using 512mb MMC cards for still/mpeg storage in my Canon
ZR600. According to my manual, these cards will provide up to half an
hour of 320x240 mpeg video storage, but will still only allow me to
shoot video bursts of up to ten seconds.

Also according to my manual, SD memory cards will not only allow the
same amount of mpeg storage, but will allow me to shoot video "normally"
instead of limiting me to ten-second bursts.

I've been rooting around the Crucial Memory site looking to order a
high-capacity SD card or two, but can't find the ZR600 in the selection
menu in their "Find Your Memory Card" page.

Would anyone here happen to know the proper types/capacities of SD
memory cards for the Canon ZR600? (Still waiting for Crucial support to
answer my email)

Thanks in advance,
